This water-repellent sealer effectively protects brick and concrete surfaces from salt run-off and weather damage. Customers said "great success" after years of use on garage walls and chimneys. Easy to apply with a pump sprayer. However, coverage may be less than advertised—approximately 100 sq/ft versus the stated 200 sq/ft—and the price is considered steep.

I'm very pleased with the Rexoseal Brick & Concrete Water-Repellent Sealer. I used it to cover a good portion of brick on my chimney stack. I did extensive research on which product to use and as far as I was able to see, Rexoseal is the only company I could find selling a silane solution product to the consumer. All other companies and/or products were only being sold to contractors or distributors. So far the product has been holding up well albeit about a month. We'll see how it handles our winters.
The only caveat is the price and the amount provided. IMHO the price is quite steep and the amount provided (3.78 litres) might not cover 200 sq/ft depending what you're using it for. In my case, it covered about 100 sq/ft.
The product is easy to apply when following instructions.
I used a manual pump sprayer I purchased off Amazon.
All said, I'm very satisfied with the results.
I’ve used this product for a third year now to protect the lowest two rows of cinderblocks in the garage walls from salt run-off during the winter - I re-coat in the spring and in the fall, with great success.
