  • 1 Remove all covers of the roof.
  • 2 Premix Rexoclean with water.
  • 3 Spray Rexoclean on the roof while sanding with pole sander then rinse off with water.
  • 4 Use scrub brush on seams and all areas with caulking then rinse with water.
  • 5 Clean the sides of the RV with Rexoclean, to remove the black stains.
  • 6 Take the 3" brush and embed the reinforcing membrane on all the seams and vents. Cut to fit around poles.
  • 7 Apply a generous amount of Rexoseal RV then embed the reinforcing membrane and re-coat.
  • 8 Apply 5 to 6 more coats, as this is the most important part of the system.
  • 9 For the corners cut the membrane 8" long and cut 1 1/2 slits on both sides in order to follow the contour.
  • 10 Apply a generous amount of Rexoseal RV around vents.
  • 11 Apply membrane on the sides, just before the gutter.
  • 12 Once all the seams are finished apply the first coat of Rexoseal RV with the 7" wide brush.
  • 13 Allow the first coat to dry 1 to 24 hours dependant on the temperature and humidity.
  • 14 Apply the second and third coat with a roller.
  • 15 If your busy you can apply the finishing coats 2 to 3 days later. Make sure to mix the Rexoseal RV Sealant before use.
  • 16 Make sure to apply ALL of the Rexoseal RV Sealant. Once finished don't walk on roof for 30 days.
  • 17 Enjoy your brand new waterproofed roof!
